1. Set clear work-from-home rules

First, you must create a comprehensive guide for working from home so everyone can follow it. The rules must include the hours of work that must be fulfilled, the communication channel that will be used, when and how the assignments should be submitted, and so on.

Clear WFH rules will encourage everyone to work seriously even without face-to-face interactions. Employees will know what time they have to start and finish work. There will be no confusion about how to communicate with each other, how to give updates, and etc.
